Join our parish family each month for our favorite parish outing we call "Let's EAT!" After church services on the last Sunday of every month, whomever chooses joins fellow parishioners for a lunch at the Broadway Diner in Fayetteville, GA. It is Dutch-treat and gives us the opportunity to share fellowship and get to know each other outside of church. With Steve and Pamela Theodorakis as our hosts, we have our own room, the best servers, and delicious food choices like today... lamb, prime rib, pesto salmon, breakfast, and so much more.

Altar Servers

In the Orthodox Church, Altar Servers assist our Clergy during worship services like the Divine Liturgy and the various Sacraments (Baptism, Marriage, etc.). They carry the Cross, Candles, and Liturgical Fans in liturgical processions. They assist with the Censer, preparing the hot water for the Zeon, and the distribution of Holy Antidoron. They help Fr. George with other necessary tasks so that he is not distracted during our church services. Boys aged eight years and above and adults are welcome to assist Fr. George, who is deeply grateful for his "A" or "Altar Team" pictured below:
