His Eminence asked that I remind our faithful to follow the direction sent to you in His letter I shared on Monday, March 16, 2020. Until further notice, Divine Services will continue, but only with the Priest, Chantors (up to 2), Choir Members (up to 2), Altar Servers (up to 2), one Parish Council member, one Greeter, and Presbytera Marinda in physical attendance at our church. We are seeking to ensure that no more than 10 people are in the Church for each service, which is the civil guideline to ensure safety and not spread the virus.
His Eminence asked that we encourage our parishioners to stay at home and view the services electronically. I have asked Costas Soulakos to investigate and hopefully implement live video streaming for our parish and he advises we might begin by the end of next week. In the meantime, you can view
services at any of our U.S. parishes offering live video streaming by clicking here.
We begin this new format of staying home for our Salutations Service tonight and continue to implement it this Sunday, next Wednesday, next Friday, and next Sunday, March 29
th. Fr. George and those listed above who will be assisting him will be praying for all of us. We want you to be safe and view our services online once our live video streaming is available and using those of other parishes until it is.
